74 - The Cost of Discipleship (Part 3)

Jesus never made salvation a matter of casual confession, easy belief, or cheap grace. He often placed deliberate barriers in front of people, not to keep them away, but to test their sincerity. His method was never about lowering the bar to gain followers; it was about raising it to reveal who truly loved Him more than the world. His barriers were refining fires to reveal those who were truly willing to follow Him, and pay the cost, no matter what the cost.
